Cousins

Shaun and Tonya and girls were able to make a short stop to visit us during their Disneyworld trip. They kids all had so much fun together. It had been awhile since they had seen each other (like 3 years) so it was fun to see them get along so well and have fun together. In fact they had so much fun that on Sunday Tanner ended up getting sick:( and so they were just going to head up to Orlando instead of spending the day with us. We didn't want them to get whatever Tanner had, and ruin their whole trip. I had to break the news to the boys and they fell apart. Crying and wanting to spend the day with their cousins. I texted Tonya to tell her their funny reaction and she was having the same response from her girls. Savana actually said well then I just want to go home now, cancel the trip! Needless to say, they ended up staying and spending the day with us. We are glad they did, and glad that everyone stayed healthy in their family the rest of the trip.

We had planned to go do something fun on Saturday, but the kids were having so much fun at home doing things like this...
making up creations in the kitchen, that we ended up just hanging out at home all day!
Savana and Mason put their creative little minds together and came up with this 3D House.

This little gem made it all the way back to Utah in one piece!

Bad picture, but cute kids!
So glad we got to see our cousins and spend some time with them. That's the hardest part about living so far away, being so far from family, and our kids not knowing their cousins.

Jenni and Parker Visit

After the race, Jenni and Parker were able to stay a few days longer and spend some time with us here in South Florida. We are so glad that Parker was able to come and he and Mason were reunited! They pretty much spent every day of their life together from age 1 to 4, so it was so fun to see them together almost 4 years later. They of course had a great time together and know how to be boys! While Jenni and I were racing Drew took the boys fishing, swimming, and out driving trucks. By Friday night Drew had to hose them down outside before they showered inside. Now that is some serious playing!

Monday after the race we went to the Children's Museum
Had lunch on the river walk

and went to the beach

We all had a great day and are so glad that they got to come!

I had to post a few of my favorite pictures of Parker and Mason back in the day

And today
 Such handsome boys!

The Hansen's come to town

At the beginning of December my sister Ashlee and her family (Brian, Bowen and Hallie) got to come and visit us. We had such a fun fun time and packed a lot into the week they were here. Here is what we did.

The weather was beautiful while they were here! We went to the park and played.

Ash showed us her amazing jumping off the swing skills!

We hung out at home and ate LOTS of nuts and bolts.
Mason and Tanner both had serveral soccer games we went too.
Swimming (I think Bowen went swimming pretty much everyday he was here! He had to soak up the sun before he went back to chilly Idaho)

And we played a little tennis.

Just look at those cute little legs and bum! Oh Hallie girl!

We also did some lizard catching, boys were in heaven!

Had to get a shot of sleeping arrangements
We hit up the Children's museum one day

Then had lunch down on the river walk

We had to go visit Santa at Bass Pro Shop. We got some classic shots of the kids... Hallie and Hayden scared to death while Bowen, Mason, and Tanner couldn't be happier!

We had a Grinch night and watch How the Grinch Stole Christmas while drinking our green Grinch drinks.
Don't you love Drew passed out in the background. Guess he wasn't to into the Grinch! This is actually what happens every night he is home. Poor guy is just worked to death.

We spent sometime at Shark Valley with the Alligators! We took bikes and did a fun little bike ride.

Can't remember why Mason looks so upset in this picture.

We had to go to Jaxons for Ice Cream!

 Cute Hallie snuggling with Mason
Making Reindeer Donuts

And looking at Christmas Lights

And we also made it to the beach, but I don't seem to have any pictures there. We really had such a great time! We are so glad they got to come out for a visit!
