Hayden the climber

I had to do a post on my little Hayden boy, the climber. These pictures go back a few months, and thinking about it now, he isn't nearly as bad about climbing things these days, but here are a few pictures of Hayden climbing!
Just had to get to the art supplies!

The high chair is a thing of the past these days, but back a few months he would climb right out of it all on his own!
The ever popular dish washer

He is also good at using whatever object he can to boost himself up to where he wants to be!
Yep, just had to get those fishies!
And I just had to add these last couple of pictures...
Never a dull moment around here with this cute little guy!
because jumping naked is so much more fun!

Mason's Ear Surgery

In April, Mason had to have his second set of Ear Tubes removed. Those tubes just don't like to fall out on their own! He did great and was back to normal by the end of the day! Dad even got to be in on the surgery! Here he is before they wheeled him back.
Taking him back
All done now and waiting for the anesthesia to wear off

And getting ready to leave, wheelchair style!

Easter 2013

We had a great Easter holiday filled with lots of fun activities.
We had a fun craft day at the Shaw's house with yummy food and of course an egg hunt.

Tanner had a Easter party at school
The Saturday before Easter we went to the Home Depot Easter Egg Hunt
And spent the day outside enjoying the weather.

Later that day the primary had an Easter Party at the church
Easter Day the boys woke up to their baskets and yet another egg hunt.
We headed to church, and tried to get a shot of the boys in their Easter outfits, but that was a big fail!

Later we dyed Eggs and did our own little egg bust.

I am so grateful for the Easter holiday and the chance it gives us to reflect on our Savior and all that he did for us and for the fun traditions we get to do as a family.

Spring Break 2013: Lego Land

Wednesday and Thursday of spring break we went to Legoland. The boys were in lego heaven! We had a really fun time there.
Mini lego land city.
This was a replica of Kennedy Space center. Amazingly all made out of legos!
 Las Vegas
 Capitol Building
One of the roller coasters
 Driving school

Almost 2 year olds are so much fun at amusement parks! (Side note, this was an awesome car all made out of Legos)
Whoever thought of this was genius. Kids play instead of waiting in line.
Build your own race cars (Hayden loving the gigantic size legos)
Then testing them on the race tracks

 Fun rides!

End of day one
Day two was a blast and we hit up all the stuff we missed the first day.

Got to love the Mini Figure characters!

 Star Wars guys
And cute Hayden entertaining himself while waiting in line! (Shoeless I might add because we did have another shoe in the water incident! This time he threw it in the water while He, Tanner, and I were driving in a boat ride. Luckily I was quick enough and grabbed it before it sunk to the bottom. Little Stinker!)

The Day ended with the drive home. It was a fun, busy packed 4 days. And we loved every minute of it, well almost every minute of it.
Notice Tanner and Hayden passed out in the back. They were like this within 2 minutes of driving out of the park. Exhausted!
