Okay so I have been on a bit of a blogging break, but I am back!! Back from vacation and all the summer fun! The only problem is that I just don't know where to begin. We had such a great time visiting family and friends back home and had some fun adventures and I need to share it all, but where to begin?? Well I guess I will start with the most exciting....
Baby Bowen David Hansen was born a week ago on August 21st, 2009
weighing 8lbs 5oz 21 inches long.

Proud new mom and dad!
One reason we wanted to go home in August is so we could meet this little guy. My sister was due August 18th so I thought I would be safe if we left the 20th (Which made our stay 3 weeks, two of which were without dad). So the 18th came and went, then the 19th came and went, still no baby. We flew out early on the 20th and still no baby. I was so sad! After flying all day, (by myself with my two boys, lets just say it was an ADVENTURE) we finally arrive and Drew picks us up. We get on the free way to came home and I call my mom to tell her we made it. She tells me that Ashlee was just admitted to the hospital. SERIOUSLY, just my luck to miss it by hours. Later that night after 3 hours of pushing, little Bowen was born. I was in tears that I wasn't there to hold and squeeze and love him. Bowen is Mason and Tanners 1st cousin on my side and we can't wait for Christmas to come so we can meet him!! And also, on a side note, all my friends back home (4 of them) who were pregnant had there babies while I was gone. One was due before I left, but the rest weren't due until the end of August, first of September! It all back fired on me. I missed them all!!

How could such a Big Boy come out of such a tiny mommy? He is darling --oh how I love his kissable cheeks! Welcome back to the blogging world, you've been missed! oH and how my heart goes out for all the births you missed --It had to be a conspiracy!
Baby Bowen is so big and darling! Congrats to them.
oh sad!! I still can't believe he came right when you left! But we have given Bowen lots of loves from you and I have told him all about aunt Michele uncle Drew and cousin Mason and Tanner. So mom mentioned something about getting you tickets to come to the blessing.... I will try to keep talking her into it!! love you
So sad! He looks like Brian I think. So I missed your birthday! I am so sorry. I have been meaning to call you. I hope you had a good one. I am ready to see some posts from you!
